On-site Management and Installation
ABSL. Offer a full, on-site project management solution, beginning with a comprehensive construction plan with dates and timelines, through to twice weekly site meetings and a weekly written progress report distributed to all interested parties.
Once the property is sourced and all drawing have been submitted and signed off, we will manage all planning and building control applications.
Construction Design Management
We offer full Construction Design Management (CDM) and deal with all health and safety requirements during the build, including the collation of all Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) & Insurances.
ABSL. will be responsible for managing and organising all trades on site, providing a full site inductions, and ensuring all contractors used have the necessary qualifications & insurance, and have access to the required amenities on site.
On completion snagging will be carried out with all contractors and equipment providers prior to final handover, initiation and training.
